Do you come to my home or office?

Yes, for on-site computer repair, from Paea to Arue. The travel fee, if applicable, and our full prices are on the Rates page.

I live on another island: how do I send you my equipment?

From the islands, your equipment can be sent to us by freight: we receive it to start the diagnosis, and it is sent back to you by freight once the work is done. Call us before shipping.

I am on a yacht at the marina in Tahiti and my systems are down, can you come?

Yes. We come aboard, at the dock.

I am in New Caledonia, can I use your services?

Yes. A DHL shipment can be arranged, under certain conditions. We discuss it on the first call.

What are your opening hours?

We do not have an office open to the public, so there are no opening hours. The simplest way is to write to us on WhatsApp or by SMS: we reply as soon as we can.

An emergency service is available 7 days a week.
